We had our valuation carried out this Monday just gone and got our verbal offer on Wednesday. Just waiting for it in writing now. I’m sure you will have yours by next week.

Another update for us.
Application is apparently now with the underwriter. 

MA is not sure if our valuation has been done because he hasn’t asked 🙄🙈
