Foreverwaiting123 said:I applied in March and mine still is with the packager bright house. I’m in limbo just need to know if I’m getting a mortgage or not. Ex bankrupt and zero hours contract but squeaky clean for 4 years now and no current debt how hard can it be to say yes or no.1

Ive been following your posts for a few weeks now.I’m honestly at breaking point.
My application went in on the 26th of February and since then I’ve lost count about how many times I’ve been asked for a document then it goes back in the queue.
I was supposed to complete at the beginning of April and the sellers have been threatening to remarket a couple of weeks ago
I waited for yet another 14 days to be asked yet again for another document and now back in the queue again to wait for yet another update and it’s not even had a valuation
I tried phoning bluestone but they wouldn’t speak to me
I have had a manager from my broker but that’s not helped either.
There has to be a point where I draw the line
Ive tried everything......
We put our application in on the exact same date and we are still waiting on an update from the underwriters. I can completely relate as we have had to move our purchase date 4 times now and im losing the will to live. My broker just doesn't seem to be a doing a thing to chase them either. We now have an extended date for 28th May and I really do need it completed by then. Expecting an update from bluestone tomorrow and if its not that its moving to next stage I'm gonna go mad. 11 weeks now.1 -

Ours was sent to Bright house too currently.
We have been through the mill. Declined by Aldermore because my husbands self employed income wasn't evidencing last years income on the three months bank statements. They wanted us to reapply in 6 months. So then we tried a joint borrower sole proprietor with me and my brother and left my husband off but the two companies who would consider it as its also a concessionary purchase were insisting he had to be on it.
So now we are going for Bluestone ourselves and I'm over it to be honest, it's been going on so long I just don't have the energy to stress anymore. Have just sent further paperwork that was requested. Explantion of adverse. Our April statements (already sent January to March), tenancy agreement and my dads id and a picture of him holding it because he is gifting the equity. Not sure when it will be submitted to Bluestone.

I've been following this tread for a few weeks. Theres some alarming stories to say the least. We had our DIP 31st March and application 10/4. We did have requests for a few more documents following long stretches of hearing nothing and then on Thursday found out it's now with the underwriters. Still no Valuation and hard search hasn't registered yet but obviously this could have been carried out. I'm trying to work out what timeframe the underwriters take?0

Our hard search also took around 10 days to show up on experian0
