ABCDEFG84 said:After being asked for further docs in early April that were provided almost instantly, almost two weeks later they came back and asked for more docs, most of which clearly could have been asked for at the first review. Quite frustrating and I now my broker made quite a fuss about this.
On the back of that, I asked the broker whether all was looking good and they felt it was highly likely to be approved and it was just a case of getting the right paperwork to them. So I took the punt and paid for the valuation. This was around 29th April.
Valuation was carried out on Friday, it's come back today as fine and the case is now in 'Awaiting Final Decision' all of a sudden. Does anyone know what happens at this stage? Should it be a formality now?0 -

Officially with the underwriters now 🤯🤯I’ve seen a few of you say you can see the status of your application. How do you do that?0
