Tbh our packager Brightstar took AGES to sort out our application. Since it’s been in with Bluestone, it’s gone at a better pace

Aww congratulations. We are waiting for our searches which should be back this week then we are hoping a completion date can be secured. Did u have a big chain? 

Thank you. Nope our vendors bought an end of chain property which helped! 

Aww fab we have no chain at all so hope it will be quick. I’m hoping for the 2nd week of June 🤞🏻

On the back of that, I asked the broker whether all was looking good and they felt it was highly likely to be approved and it was just a case of getting the right paperwork to them. So I took the punt and paid for the valuation. This was around 29th April.

Valuation was carried out on Friday, it's come back today as fine and the case is now in 'Awaiting Final Decision' all of a sudden. Does anyone know what happens at this stage? Should it be a formality now?

Yes - you are there in all but official offer! Was your valuation online or physical? We paid for ours on the 30th and it’s an online one but it’s still not been done, we’re told it’ll be an online one.

I called our MA (simply) as I know of you a couple others that had super quick turn arounds with online. Apparently they (whoever does valuations) are ridiculously snowed under so I think we just entered the queue at the wrong time! Apparently we should hear by Thursday... I knew I’d had it too easy so far! A little refund would be nice though x

You don’t see anything from bluestones your broker has a portal to upload the info
