So our buyers mortgage is at valuation stage - not heard it’s been approved yet. We had our own survey done so it’s just a ‘retype’ any idea how long this takes to be ‘approved’?0

Hi did you get asked for anymore at final decision stage and have you got your offer yet?ABCDEFG84 said:Because I have money going into various accounts just through the way I manage it, I got asked for additional statements, breakdowns of all of my borrowing, and evidence of payments for my wife's DMP. That was about it. No idea if they generally still ask for more at the final decision stage though...0 -
Sorry for jumping in here guys. Can someone please advise what scenario I may face.
I have a valuation that’s going to commence in a week or 2 with Bluestone, I’m worried the price is around 30k BMV, even tough it’s will need around 25k spent on to your modernise it. I see some talk about online valuations so I’m confused what this is and if BD use this method and what issues I may face moving forward?
Advise is much appreciated!0 -
