Bluestone Mortgages

We just booked in a valuation to be done through connells as requested by bluestone, apparently it has to be physical so God knows when that can happen! Was hoping it would just be desktop. Been told potentially could lose the house on Friday as the builders for the couple we r buying from arent prepared to wait any longer! I don't blame them to be fair, 12 weeks this has taken.0

I hope yours moves quickly! Is so stressful.0 -
Anyone know how long it’s taking for a case that’s been underwritten to go to valuation?0

How strange that everyone pays different amounts, we paid £99 when first applied and then £350 valuation fee, not sure what if anything else we have to pay.
Also how do you find out your valuation has been done, Do they tell you?0 -
