Thank you. It’s been a horrendous process (mainly due to solicitors, not so much bluestone). Do you have a date yet?

Thanks everyone. Our application went in on 8th April, so exactly 5 weeks ago. It would have been quicker but we got stalled with the new tax year and needing a new tax credit award notice, that extended it about a week. Our longest wait was valuation stage as we seemed to join when there was a backlog x

    AIP 23/04
    House reserved 23/04
Help to buy application created 26/04
    Help to buy ATP 29/04
    Full mortage app in 10/05
Hard search on credit file 11/05
2 questions asked and replied to 11/05
I'm hoping to be done for June
That's really helpful thanks. We've got a similar timeline to your although we've not had a hard search reported yet. We've been asked for a few more documents but aside from that everything has been okay. Our MA has said that they think we'll hear back before the end of the June at the absolute latest but seeing some other comments on here, I'm not so sure. Has your MA or packager given you any indications on when you could receive an offer?
No not yet I haven't asked to be honest. Who is your MA and packager

Our packager is Brilliant Solutions who I haven't heard anyone on here mention before! Did you apply for the new HTB or the older one? Hopefully you/we hear back soon.
