Underwriter asked for more documents today, which i sent straight over and then asked for valuation fee, so hopefully this is good news....

Bluestone seem to deal with everyone differently. Our app went in on the 9 April & we had to pay valuation fee when it was submitted, but not sure if that was a requirement of the packager or Bluestone

I think my packagers (brightstar) has already took the fee as I paid them 599..think 299 is packaging and 300 is for valuation.

Surely you should have some news soon then if yours went in on 9th April but it says on the website working on fully packaged cases from 23rd April.

They’ve asked for 2 things so far and that’s it 🤷🏼‍♀️

Was it paid in full or as a settlement offer cos we had this to. We phoned the company paid it in full and they marked it satisfactory off the report. 

Sorted Got confirmation that it was settled

I just had a look on their website and it says they are currently accessing fully packaged cases received on 23rd April and that underwriting is taking up to 11 working days.  

Ours was sent over to the underwriters at Bluestone yesterday and we had our first question from them today.

We had the same, it gets looked at first to make sure everything is there before it goes into the queue for the underwriters. That’s what my MA said. Then we had 3 weeks silence. Then a request last week for something else

Our case manager said she expected to hear from them this week so maybe it’s different depending on the packager used? As we were with the pre-underwriters first.
