Hi guys. We finally exchanged today and are completing Friday. We got our DIP on 11th Jan so if we can finally reach the end, you can! It’s painful and you’re emotions will be all over the place but just keep the faith

Aww congratulations. We are waiting for our searches which should be back this week then we are hoping a completion date can be secured. Did u have a big chain?

I was just thinking that seems to be a long time our solicitor said 6-8 weeks

our purchaser’s mortgage has all been agreed and valuation instruction. How long from valuation to official mortgage offer/paperwork?
