pour a large glass and see it through. No we used a independent MA and he was amazing he got the direct number of our underwriter and contacted him personally when we uploaded more docs so we didn’t go back in the queue. It’s all about trusting your broker and keep nagging them to updates1 -
Honestly I thought having children was stressful! The thing for me is our rent is RIDICULOUS and a mortgage is nearly £600 less than the rent so it’s a no brainer in terms of everything they ask for 🤣0

Yeo I know the feeling out mortgage is half our rent and we have 65.% deposit but still went through the milldisneydreamer1985 said:Honestly I thought having children was stressful! The thing for me is our rent is RIDICULOUS and a mortgage is nearly £600 less than the rent so it’s a no brainer in terms of everything they ask for 🤣1 -
It’s crazy, isn’t it? We have 20% deposit and I feel like I need to get my blood group checked just in case they need that too 🤣Kb21 said:

It’s now a full month since our application went to Bluestone, so far only had request for one document & no hard search 😩 I know timescales vary and if your case is more complex it takes longer (I’m convinced they do a triage system on apps and work the less complex ones first) but my god my nerves are shot! I think Experian may block me soon for stalking them lol0

It takes a while to show on your credit file. Ours was carried out on the 9th April but didn’t show until the 19thcoral_a said:It’s now a full month since our application went to Bluestone, so far only had request for one document & no hard search 😩 I know timescales vary and if your case is more complex it takes longer (I’m convinced they do a triage system on apps and work the less complex ones first) but my god my nerves are shot! I applied in March and mine still is with the packager bright house. I’m in limbo just need to know if I’m getting a mortgage or not. Ex bankrupt and zero hours contract but squeaky clean for 4 years now and no current debt how hard can it be to say yes or no.0

That was meant to say bright star0

Some cases are more complex than others. Unfortunately due to the company dealing with people who have adverse credit issues it does take longer then most. They do get the job done on the majority of applicant they are just running behind atm. As frustrating as it is. Hang on in there.Foreverwaiting123 said:I applied in March and mine still is with the packager bright house. I’m in limbo just need to know if I’m getting a mortgage or not.
