defo we had £255 refunded for our valuation due to them Doing it differently.
Everyone’s is so different it’s difficult to give advise other than what we have had experienced ourselves. Very disheartening for people who don’t get what they dream

Thanks. We are a week on now and ours hasn’t even been carried out. I guess this is pay back for the fast progress we’ve had so far 😂

Just had update from our solicitor our searches are due back on Monday so taken less than a week

Just had an update from the MA - very good news. Pre-underwriter has been speaking the underwriters at Bluestone about our case in depth and they are happy to proceed with us relocating as we have submitted all the required proof It will be pushed forward to the underwriters hopefully next week!

No, not yet, there isn’t much for sale near us at present so hoping something else will pop up soon. Keep your chin up, I’m sure you will be fine. Let me know how you get on.

Well... been told that Bluestone have 2 questions for us which could be coming tonight or in the morning... they aren’t requesting any further information from us now though... this is the last bit!!
