I am keeping my fingers crossed for you all. Unfortunately for us, when the property whlent bqcknon the market yesterday they had an influx of enquiries and they accepted another offer this money, so property now lost.

Gutted to say the least, Bluestone unfortunately didn’t work quick enough for us.

I’m so sorry to hear that. I think it’s really unfair that your seller didn’t wait, particularly considering that they will now have to restart the entire conveyancing and mortgage process with somebody else now anyway. A slightly delayed mortgage isn’t the only thing that can hold a sale up, seems mad to start everything again. I know it doesn’t feel like it now, but it obviously wasn’t meant to be and you will find your house.

When you are ready to try again, I’d really recommend Simply Adverse for their speed and persistence at pushing things through. Good luck in the future x

I'm so sorry to hear this. Beys if luck to you in finding your house. This one wasn't meant to be. Tbh I think we might go the same way cos I dont see bluestone being ready for 28th May.

My mum was only saying to me how unfair it is that they don’t take peoples individual circumstances into account and rush ones through that need to be...

Thank you everyone, don’t let what happened to us put you off, I look forward to reading all your success stories, it will be so worth it when you get your keys. 

For us, I think the sellers possibly got a higher offer, which is what I feared yesterday as there are literally no houses for sale now near us.

No, not yet, there isn’t much for sale near us at present so hoping something else will pop up soon. Keep your chin up, I’m sure you will be fine. Let me know how you get on.
