I just don't even know how much longer I can take this, im due a baby any day now and the date of moving out from our place is 28th May and moving unto our house is 28th May. I just don't see it happening by then either! Our case was pretty straightforward too, 1 default from 2 years ago on my side only. I dont understand how it can take so long to review things. Feeling so deflated! 

Oh no I’m so sorry u are still waiting how annoying. Can your MA not push them? 

We have tried before and he says he's been blunt with them and even asked to speak to the case manager etc to put in a dissatisfaction (this was at the beginning of April) but it hasn't made a blind bit of difference to how long things have taken unfortunately. They are in absolutely no hurry with us and they knew about previous deadlines. 

Oh no 🙁 let’s hope on the 10th u have the news you need. It’s so frustrating u seem to have been waiting ages but just goes to show how everyone is so so different

I phoned Bluestone direct today and know its with the underwriters bit wasn't told much more than that, they have asked for a few more bits of more minor info. 
Will it go back to 11-14 working days or do they come back quicker at underwriting stage?

Yes, feel so sorry for you, we are in the same position, application in in the 30/3 but still not with underwriters and no more requests for docs or info. Have they done a hard search as yet? They haven’t for us. The house we are wanting has gone back in the market but continuing for now in the hope that something is sorted this end before they get another buyer. Our MA said the same, no matter how hard he pushes it doesn’t make a blind bit of difference. Fingers crossed for you.

I think it all depends on the relationship your MA has with bluestone which broker did you use? By reading some off the comments on here some brokers have better relationship with bluestone then others and seem to get done quicker

Yes I agree out MA had a fab relationship with bluestone and had our underwriters direct number to phone. They also phoned him direct once they uploaded documents onto my portal so it was dealt with immediately

This is the first time hes used them, and he isn't impressed with them either. It does look like some have better time frames depending on who their broker is etc. He works for a company called embrace financial services and came recommended. 
No hard search that I can see, although it says they did an audit on 21st April and that is showing. Is that a soft search?

I would think about changing brokers as I think they have there preferred brokers and I think your case is pushed ti the back off the queue because off this

If there's no hard search then your not at underwriters yet and possibly still 4 weeks away from a offer
