    I haven’t started with the solicitors yet 😂They are awaiting the contracts and the searches to come back. 

    No news is good news with the MA I guess? 🤣

    We have just been told that our valuation will be an automated one so *hopefully* quicker. Application submitted 8th April for anyone interested.
