I wonder what the quickest turnaround from application to an offer has been with Bluestone. We only applied 2 weeks ago and I'm already wondering if/when we'll get our offer. Not the best time for me to go on a health kick and give up fun foods and the booze! haha!
our full app went in 31st March and our offer was in on 29th April.  :)

We have had confirmation today that they are happy with our application and have instructed the valuation! This is good news right?! Paid for the valuation and asked for it to be instructed ASAP!

    Valuation instructed today 4/5
Hopefully it won’t be long before it’s carried out and then I don’t really know the process from there haha! X

Yeah we have, I was just going through our offer and it is under the special conditions part of the letter. We signed the declaration form for the gifted deposit when our bluestone app went in so I am not sure why they are asking for this

Yea we had the same. It’s the forms they signed via the solicitor in the beginning just to say they understand it’s a gift etc. Nothing to worry about
