our full app went in 31st March and our offer was in on 29th April.Cosy2020 said:I wonder what the quickest turnaround from application to an offer has been with Bluestone. We have had confirmation today that they are happy with our application and have instructed the valuation! This is good news right?! Paid for the valuation and asked for it to be instructed ASAP!1

Just been asked for a declaration of solvency for the giftor, our solicitor has no clue what this means. Can anyone shed light on this? TIA0

Yeah we have, I was just going through our offer and it is under the special conditions part of the letter. We signed the declaration form for the gifted deposit when our bluestone app went in so I am not sure why they are asking for thisKb21 said:

Yea we had the same. It’s the forms they signed via the solicitor in the beginning just to say they understand it’s a gift etc. Nothing to worry about1
