We have had confirmation today that they are happy with our application and have instructed the valuation! This is good news right?! Paid for the valuation and asked for it to be instructed ASAP!1

Yea we had the same. It’s the forms they signed via the solicitor in the beginning just to say they understand it’s a gift etc. Nothing to worry about1
