Kb21 thanks. I just don’t understand why ours is taking so long. I have sellers are now at a point of pulling out. Which broker were you with, it comes across as though it depends which brokers you are with as to how quick they will deal with it, which surely cannot be right. 

I’m with a independent company called one2onemortgagesoultions they are amazing 5 weeks from DIP to offer but everyone Is different. It will be worth it

I'm not sure about that, but I do know they are mega behind at the moment. 
We've been told we should have (hopefully) our offer tomorrow but I've heard that a million times now! 
However, Kb21 is right, things come all at once!

Sadly our seller has now put the property back on the market, not prepared to wait for us to get an offer as they can see everyone else is being dealt wih quicker. Gutted

Kb21 we have been at case Manager since the end of March. They cannot understand like us why it is taking so long. We have done all our searches, surveys etc

I wonder what the quickest turnaround from application to an offer has been with Bluestone. We only applied 2 weeks ago and I'm already wondering if/when we'll get our offer. Not the best time for me to go on a health kick and give up fun foods and the booze! haha!
