Aww fab u will prob notice it was done a few days or even a week or so ago ours didn’t flag up till the 19th April but was done on the 9th x

It shows it was done on 29th. Will it be with underwriters now or do they do the hard search during the application process?

That’s what we paid then yesterday the partly refunded us which meant we only paid £70 🤔

Absolutely no idea. Read though the offer illustration yesterday and it said valuation free £70 🤭. The worrier in me came out and thought something had happened but looks fine

Still waiting! Our broke has said the case is so simple and straight forward but they are so far behind at the moment?! Should be Tuesday which is cutting it all fine but the developer is more than happy to wait at the moment for completion 14th May! Xxx
