Thank you! That makes me feel a bit better. It’s just the hearing nothing! Did you get any updates etc during that first month? I know every case is different and the timescales vary so much. We are trying to buy the house we rent so if we can’t get a mortgage we are technically homeless so I’m double stressing I think

Aww hun honest it’s the worse time. Think everyone in the forum has had the same stress. Have faith in your MA and try be positive. It’s a long process but u get what you want on the end. Yes we had updates quite regularly. There was 3 weeks when with underwriters when we heard nothing but that’s because my MA didn’t hear. They did email them when I asked but was annoying they came back after 3 weeks asking for docs lucky we wasn’t pushed back and it was pretty quick after valuation.

Morning... just checked our credit file and finally there is a hard search. I'm guessing this is one step closer to decision???

Aww fab u will prob notice it was done a few days or even a week or so ago ours didn’t flag up till the 19th April but was done on the 9th x
