We had just had a part refund for our valuation payment? Anyone else had this? I’m thinking it maybe because one was already done on the house? It only took 24 hours to valuate which is super quick0

Latest news we heard our buyer received a AAA credit pass and case is currently being underwritten, has anyone been told this before? When should we expect things to progress? Is AAA good? Any help

U can see what that band means in the bluestone webpage. Also with the underwriters it it normally 12 working days but they may (probably will) request more docs from you. Application went in 9 April and other than request for 1 thing we have heard nothing. Looking through the posts I know timescales vary but my god the wait is excruciating 😣 haven’t even had a hard search on credit report yet!0
