    Hi everyone,

Blue stones have asked me to explain a default from 2015, the problem is I don't know what it is! I have checked my report but it doesn't say where it is from. Does anyone know how I find out?

    Thanks

Do you pay for Experian? you can sign up for free for 30 days and it will show you a full report. It should say the name of the company :) x

Can I ask your timeline, when you applied, went to underwriting etc?

Our application went in on 08/04, hard search 09/04, passed to underwriter on 14/04, requested work reference 16/04 then a load more questions on 22/04. Another question today which we replied to today and they replied back today accepting and passing to valuation. It actually would have been quicker had we not been waiting on letters from tax credits.

Ours seems to be quicker than our buyers’, who as far as I’m aware is with a high street lender.
