To anyone who has completed and had conditions - how long did Bluestone take to review once you’d sent back everything for your conditions? My Grandma had to get independent legal advice bless her which took a while so we’ve just submitted the final bits today. We’re being chased everyday so I’m back to anxiety world!

Hello, 

Our conditions are for the solicitors to do Deed of Gift indemnity and declaration of solvency, We are also using gifted deposit but not much, we wasn't asked for legal advice? We do have a few conditions but all for solicitors so i am assuming they will have to send everything to Bluestone. Hope all goes well, We are hoping to move in a few weeks as we have had our searches completed but it just seems to be slow!

Thank you. I really am. Been a long slog and never thought it would happen but patience is everything with bluestone.
