  • Yes as I found out this morning! 😫
    Oh no what happen
Husbands job is transferring from one branch to another (which is 5 minutes from the house) as we are relocating and I’m staying with my mum five days of the week to return my job here and then returning home at weekends and during the school holidays.

They want proof of the transfer (easy) but they are questioning the viability of me staying mon-fri which is crazy as easily done. So had to email a list of XYZ to show how it would work.

    Good Luck let us know
  • I was hoping for a offer on the same day the valuation was done but no Bluestone will take 48 hours to review.

My applications not even been sent to the packagers yet and this is stressing me out reading how long it is taking you all and all the questions etc..wondering if I should just wait the four more months Aldermore told us to wait and reapply in Feb to prove my husbands incomes returned to normal levels after covid (self employed) we are buying the house we have lived in for ten years off my dad so no stress about anyone pulling out.

I would do that plus aldermores rates are a bit lower and they have good turn around times

Well... just had an update! 4 more days as they are so so behind!

I've expressed my concerns and they will try and push it for us... the application is so straight forward as well my broker said!
