Hey,
I just received an update saying that our purchaser’s mortgage has passed credit score, bluestone have all documents they need and are fully underwriting the case at present. Is this a good sign? What should happen next? Thanks in advance for any help.0 -
Anything could happen with bluestone. The underwriters may come back for more docs to be sent it may go to valuation everyone seems to be different. We had all our docs approved and issue valuation and they still came back requesting more docs from us until today when offer as receivedBon18 said:Hey,

Has anyone had their mortgage accepted using the old HTB who are yet to complete? I’ve read a post that Bluestone don’t like to use the old HTB scheme but it’s the only way we’re able to get the house as the price is over the previous threshold. Our broker hasn’t said anything and I’m hoping it would have been flagged by now?0

I think this is a good sign. Although some people here have frustratingly waited huge amounts of time, we are getting 2 day turnarounds on our documents being assessed. The broker that is used seems to have a big impact, with Simply Adverse having the quickest turnaround (generally speaking). I’m not a mortgage advisor though so don’t quote me!Bon18 said:Hey,
