Our. Valuation was done in 24 hours but I know some people waiting weeks. We had offer a week later and offer in writing yesterdayLishabee said:

They do it through a company called Connells, it took me a week but then it tooks others like a day so it just depends reallyLishabee said:

Everyone’s application is so different isn’t it. Was shocked ours only took a day.... defo not complaining after the other complications 🙈lanainbloom said:

@ianainbloom we have had to chase it through the business manager as requested valuation 2 weeks ago and nothing 🤷♀️0
