Not yet !  Was told Friday we were at final underwrite and they asked for 1 more bank stat and said it would be looked at in 24 hours then yesterday (24 hours) was told it’s 48 hours and would be done by Wednesday morning !  Making it up as they go along 😂 I’m quite used to it now.  It was 5 months to the day yesterday since we applied.

I feel your pain we have been waiting 11 weeks now. MA has escalated to the business manager. Fingers crossed should hear something later this week 🙁

Oh god 😩 I’m on week 9 and that’s bad enough we are hoping for offer this week but who knows who bluestones

I’m so early into the application process but we’ve been told that a valuation will be booked soon. We literally only applied last week. Does this mean anything or just part of the process?

Our buyer applied very end of March, when did you apply? Have you been told that you have been approved then if valuation has been booked? I’m trying to see the timeline that buyer may have as we are on a very strict timeline and terrified it won’t go through.

When is your deadline to complete? Are you in Scotland or England?
