Another set back for us 🤯 even after valuation was issues and passed
    What happened?
Still kicking up a fuss about mother in laws proof of id which is crazy as last Tuesday they approved all docs just wanted a pension statement which I sent but they now won’t except that as it’s a private pension not a state pension but she doesn’t have state pension statements as it just goes straight into her bank every week 🤯. mA said last week when all was approved they wasn’t worried about it and they issued valuation anyways which was done and approved by the Thursday
What the hell??? Seriously... that’s crazy! Where can you go from here? X

Honest it’s crazy 🤯. Don’t know what to think. Don’t know have to wait to see what my broker comes back and says tomorrow. But just shows nothing is secure with bluestones even when valuation is requested x

@Kb21 she will have an annual letter for her state pension, just to confirm how much it is they are paying her.
Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.

According to her and my sister in law who’s in charge of her state she doesn’t. But we can possibly request one from dwp

@Kb21 don't blame you. We are still in radio silence land. Just know its with the underwriters and they keep saying its being reviewed.

The annoying thing is that my credit score on experian is 989 my husbands is 992 but because I still pay a DMP from 8 years ago we have to go this route.

If we get declined we will be going on holiday, hence the passports, oh hang on we can't as still in a pandemic 😱😭🙈
Aww hun with a score like that u will b fine. We have a dmp from 2017 and a 527 credit score and got to valuation. My ma chasing up first thing but can’t believe with a deposit of £65,000 and the house only on the market for £170,000 they are kicking up so much of a fuss baring I mind they have had 2 utility bills, 2 bank statements, photo bus pass, photo bus pass, proof of deposit and private pension statement they still want more 🤯🤯

Lenders don't see the score we see, Bluestone also do manual reviews and not an internal scoring method like normal lenders.

A State pension statement is sent every year as my mom gets one. It may not have been sent out yet due to the new tax year.
