Yeah it does. Thank you @FirstTimeBuyer428 we had our soft search done with bluestone on 10th March. Hope we hear something this week as our buyer and seller are getting twitchy x

We was the exact same, we was sending information since the 4th February then my MA told me our application only went to Bluestone on 26th Feb. Hard search was on 9th March, didn't hear much after that, then the valuation was booked on 1st April and then the offer 14th April.

We ended up instructing the solicitors searches on 5th March to keep the seller happy

I was sending wage slips weekly and statements every month. Just to keep up to date.

    Fingers crossed for you x

Aww good luck. I’m hoping in written offer this week to.
  • We’re with Simply and our documents went over to the pre-underwriters today. Anyone else been through it with Simply and know what to expect? I know their job is to make us look amazing to Bluestone but was just wondering on time frames.

    Hi everyone,

I’ve been reading the posts on this forum for the last week and it has really helped me keep calm!
I’m keeping my fingers crossed for everyone.
We’re using Simply Adverse and they have been amazing so far!
    Our timescale has been:
    DIP: 8/4
    Application submitted: 14/4
    Hard search by Bluestone: 19/4
Request for our previous property completion statement on 21/4 (sent within an hour)

We spoke to our case manager on Friday and she said it’s taking 7-10 working days from point of application. So we should hear from them by Wednesday.

Hope this helps a little /disneydreamer1985.

    It’s very nerve wracking!!

Thank you. It’s so nerve wracking! My husband is transferring his job but until we have a completion date we can’t get it in writing but Simply want it in writing so trying to sort that now.

Their pre-underwriting is very in depth and thorough. I think they want to make sure that, everything is explained and evidenced to make our cases look perfect for Bluestone.
