I I feel like it might be 12/14 working days to get to underwriter after initial document requests and then maybe not as much after that? Everyone I’ve seen lately has been a wee bit quicker than that once it’s hit underwrite. Here’s hoping anyway!0

As so many others have said it feels like nothing is happening and all of a sudden it comes at once!
I have been told we will have a offer hopefully today or Monday! Keep everything crossed as our developers want a completion of next Friday!0 -

Update, underwriters have come back asking questions about childcare, outstanding debts balances and account numbers but they have given us options for mortgage amounts and rates they want to offer us and asked if we are happy to proceed. Is that good then? That they will probably approve? Don't want to get my hopes up! Also I've gone right back with the information, am I now waiting another 14 days or is it a bit quicker?0
