If we get our offer today it will be 5 weeks from application going in... we’ve only been asked for extra bank statements at the end! Xxxx let’s see eh?????

I’ll be happy with 5 weeks although I bet it’s felt like a lifetime for you! Have you had your valuation yet? Sorry if you’ve already answered that!

It really has... knowing its so close as well makes you want it even more!!!! 

My dad popped down to have a look and ask when it may be ready, they said it should be by next Friday or run on to the week after, maybe Tuesday!!!!

I do know Rippon only exchange on Friday's... so either the 30.04 or 07.05! LOL

On week 8 here, its with underwriter as of last Friday and not had any other news or update. House possibly fallen through but haven't heard about that either. Stress!

We are on week 7 today. Been with underwriters for 2 days now. Sat outside the potential future house this am, will be gutted if we get declined 😭

Well the people we are buying from are in a chain and buying a new build. Their builders gave them a deadline of last Friday and obv our mortgage isn't even close, not heard a thing....no news is good news right?!

Oh no!!  Fingers crossed for you. I can't believe it took you 7 weeks to get to underwriting! That is crazy!
