    Yeh or they were just gonna live in it cos it falls thru they will lose their new house too! Crap for everyone!

    Oh no!!  :( Fingers crossed for you. I can't believe it took you 7 weeks to get to underwriting! That is crazy!  :(
    We are on week 8 and got requested valuation on Tuesday. It’s a hell of a wait. Hoping things will be quick from here

    I think I read on here that the developer by law has to give your sellers 10 working days if there are going to re-sell the house

    If they haven't heard this yet I would think you will be ok :-)

    Asked my OH to give them a call and push due to being against the wire!

    We are still waiting an update from 8th April.  We instructed valuers to speed up process and have taken a risk.  I have never known anything to take so long but get it that we are a complex case.
