My application went to bluestone on the 26th Feb, for 3 weeks before this I was sending info to my MA for the packager. 

I only got asked 1 question and they booked the valuation in for the 1st April. I got the offer on the 14th. I was sending payslips every week and statements every month just to keep them up to date. Everyone has different time scales it looks like.

Perfect thank you. We are self employed and the latest tax return was sent in April. So I’ll keep up with the bank statements. Valuation request yesterday for us after being in the application stage since 9th March 

I understand, it is a long wait. When my valuation was requested on the 1st my MA didn't receive any information until the offer which was the 14th. Its awful waiting around. My fingers are crossed for you to get some news soon

No, she just said unfortunately we don't have an update yet

I've gone back back and asked where the application is at the moment as the developer will be chasing us soon!

Because the valuation has been done we only need the underwriting part dont we?? but I just wanted to know whereabouts it is in the queue! 

And if at that point they needed anymore information to get together! If anything needs printing i want to get it done whilst i am at work lol!

We did ours as proof of Earnings for last year. They may request of yes

Yes I would of thought so. Underwriters then offer I would of thought
