Your case may be quicker everyone seems to be different. We are self employed so had to wait for a tax return etc. Don’t worry it will be ok xj_d1988 said:

Ahh thank you so much, my MA said it would be in the post but I haven't received anything, my solicitors are sending out paperwork I need to sign but I would like to see the offer first as I know people have had conditions before. I have emailed my MA to see if he could send it me.Hopeful89 said:

Hello,Kb21 said:Anyone know what the final underwriter is about? It is it just up to date bank statements etc?My application went to bluestone on the 26th Feb, for 3 weeks before this I was sending info to my MA for the packager.
I only got asked 1 question and they booked the valuation in for the 1st April. I got the offer on the 14th. I was sending payslips every week and statements every month just to keep them up to date. Everyone has different time scales it looks like.
Hope this helps.

Perfect thank you. We are self employed and the latest tax return was sent in April. So I’ll keep up with the bank statements. Valuation request yesterday for us after being in the application stage since 9th MarchFirstTimeBuyer428 said:
