How at guys keep the faith. It’s so so stressful I won’t lie and u feel like it’s never going to happen. But how at stock at it. We had a £65,000 deposit and having a £104,000 mortgage, the house was up for £190,000 and we got it for £170,000

It’s a verbal offer until valuation is done. They don’t really issue a valuation unless they are happy they will offer the mortgage so once u are though the underwriters it’s good to go that’s why we didn’t issue our valuation b4 the underwriters stage

So have I and still am! 

Its scary knowing your future is in someone else's hands... and not being able to do anything about it?!?!?!?

I hate to say it but it probably is, just be prepared and send it over as soon as possible.
