Hi all,
Been reading lots of threads about Bluestone and this seems to be the most up to date one.Our buyer is using them and we accepted the offer on 19th January (!!) only had the valuation on 20th April and Mortgage Offer issued yesterday. Can anyone tell me what the next steps are please? Looking to complete ASAP and getting very close to putting the house back on the market as this has gone on for months. I just don’t want to let my buyer down.TIA0 -

Anyone had a success with Bluestone with an unsecured loan that may show as a payday or unsecured loan in the past 6 months? What if it shows on your credit report but not your bank statement?

My nephew did.
His 160 quid payday loan (which he didn’t even need as the idi*t had a few thousand “saved” for his deposit) cost him a pretty penny in the extortionate rates that Bluestone charge! Not to mention the adverse broker fee.0 -
