Fingers crossed the broker gets this all sorted out for you... it isn't fair if they accept and then dont xKb21 said:
Honest it’s crazy 🤯. Don’t know what to think. Don’t know have to wait to see what my broker comes back and says tomorrow. But just shows nothing is secure with bluestones even when valuation is requested xj_d1988 said:
What the hell??? Seriously... that’s crazy! Where can you go from here? XKb21 said:
Still kicking up a fuss about mother in laws proof of id which is crazy as last Tuesday they approved all docs just wanted a pension statement which I sent but they now won’t except that as it’s a private pension not a state pension but she doesn’t have state pension statements as it just goes straight into her bank every week 🤯. mA said last week when all was approved they wasn’t worried about it and they issued valuation anyways which was done and approved by the Thursdaydisneydreamer1985 said:

Just a tad 🤯 if they said thats all they wanted in the first place it would of been a lot less stressful.c249401 said:0 -
No movement, it's now been 2 weeks and a day since I provided the extra docs. My broker yesterday said it was showing as in Post Underwrite but when she rang them they said it's still with the underwriter.ABCDEFG84 said:Had my DIP on 18th March having originally been using a different broker and lender who hadn't fully grasped my full situation
Application submitted on 23rd March
Asked for some additional docs last Monday, supplied to broker that night and uploaded next morning - bank statements for additional accounts, complete form on credit commitments, evidence of 2 years of payments for wife's DMP
I can see on experian I was hard searched on 8th April. Case is currently sat with underwriters.
House we've bought is a no chain purchase and I think seller is in a hurry which is my only concern.
Anything I should worry about? Seems like from this thread that if you've had the DIP you don't need to be concerned about being declined but it is slow? I guess because as a 'risky' lender they have to be able to evidence due diligence moreso than more straight forward lenders.
