Application submitted on 23rd March
Asked for some additional docs last Monday, supplied to broker that night and uploaded next morning - bank statements for additional accounts, complete form on credit commitments, evidence of 2 years of payments for wife's DMP
I can see on experian I was hard searched on 8th April. Case is currently sat with underwriters.
House we've bought is a no chain purchase and I think seller is in a hurry which is my only concern.
Anything I should worry about? Seems like from this thread that if you've had the DIP you don't need to be concerned about being declined but it is slow? I guess because as a 'risky' lender they have to be able to evidence due diligence moreso than more straight forward lenders.
