@firsttimebuyer_04 thank you I know my MA is amazing but I can’t help but think of what could go wrong of what else they could need. Nothing I can do but wait in the same situation as lots of people. All the best to you. Enjoy your new adventure1

our application is now at underwriting stage does anyone have an idea how long this will take, we haven't had our valuation yet?0

@ianainbloom I was told 11 days0

I’m not sure whether the timescales are accurate(unless it depends on the packager) we have had things turned around quite quickly
we have had confirmation that our valuation is fine and they said they are just doing final checks and we should hear by the end of the week?Our application was submitted on the 8th March0 -

BrightStar came back to my MA. Bluestone are happy with everything else but the declaration form, direct debit mandate form they don’t like it saying it’s electronic!! They said we need to print form out and manually sign it with a ball point pen. We done all that before and scanned it over to our MA. But ..still not acceptable!!! So I’ve printed out form today, we signed it and posted directly to Bluestone 😡
MA assures me that’s the only way to get the offer out to us, we have to wait 48 hours 😭we need to get mortgage offer this Friday 😭😭😭Or we will lose our reservation plot and the £6,000 we spent on worktop, flooring etc
It will be put on the market if we don’t get our mortgage offer 😭😭😭💔0 -
@pipsinbrum I’d like to know this too. We had to send documents everyday for the last 3-4 weeks just been told that the last docs were needed for the initially assessment. Now stressing what else they could need or if it will fall with the underwriters?0
