We had our valuation on Monday which was absolutely fine, our MB thinks we should receive an offer on Tuesday or Wednesday next week, getting somewhere! (Our full application went in on 8th Feb)0

The only thing you need to do is make sure the insurance company will note bluestone's interest on the policy. A copy of that has to be sent to your solicitor for onward transmission to Bluestone.
I went with Direct Line as their policies are straightforward, they gladly note interest and email an overview of the key points.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1 -

Not sure if bluestone still ask for the policy to be put in place before releasing funds, as mine went through nearly 11 months ago.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1 -
