Hi All,
I've been following all of your experiences and i am so happy for all of you that have had success.
We had a DIP and i am so worried that something could go wrong. As it has done previously with another supplier.
I had a mortgage holiday last year and i wonder if Bluestone will have any additional questions regarding it? Will they ask for any bank statements for that period? I had a loan in that period that i know they will consider a payday loan but its not on my credit file but is on my bank statement for that time.
Any guidance would be truly really appreciated0 -
If the payday loan is over 12 months old at the point you need the funds released then this should be fine. Our DIP condition was that our last payday loan would need to be over 12 months old in order for funds to be released. They ask for last 3 months bank statements but my advice would be to be honest about everything, especially for your own sanity!sonervous86 said:Hi All,

Thank you so much @Hopeful89 its really appreciated.
Do you mind me asking if you had any extra questions or documents requested from Bluestone?0 -
We’re only at underwriting stage so what had been requested of me so far is just the normal application docs, bank statements etc. Should have an update Monday from underwriters so will let everyone know what gets requestedsonervous86 said:Thank you so much @Hopeful89 its really appreciated.

Thanks, I’ve just been told by my MA that stage one has been successfully completed (I’m presuming this is the DIP I have been waiting for) and that Bluestone will be in touch on Wednesday with what paperwork they require next, any idea what sort of timescale or stage of the process we are at? Thanks 😊Kb21 said:@Foreverhome2021 I was told 9days for initial application then 11 days with underwriters but some have been done quicker0 -
@Foreverhome2021 I think everyone is having different timescales ours has been with the application stage for a week and still requesting paperwork so next stage for us is the underwriters. I don’t know if they want anymore from us but I generally have given them everything I possibly can so don’t think unless it’s questions they can have anything more. It’s a long process mind. Some people have waited months and months0
