@hopeful89 I think it’s just to checking nothings flagged up on your credit file since they last checked (like u haven’t taken credit out or missed any payments) since they checked First. See it as positive1

@barry627 we are self employed so asked for 3 years tax overviews, proof of our rent we pay, we had to write a letter to say about why we had the debt on our credit file (we only have one default nothing else but had to write why we had it) giftors letters, proof of the deposit in their bank accounts as well as 2 forms of proof of id from giftors, proof of our deposit, 3 months bank statements for business and personal. Thursday was the last time I sent anything over so hoping that’s all they need now0

Anyone know the success rate of bluestone? I heard it’s quite high0

@barry627 the standard bank statements, payslips. Why i use PayPal so much, do I pay childcare costs, what did I have for dinner last Tuesday🤣
Basically EVERYTHING!!! My MA says as long as you have a supporting answer you will be fine. I'm even doubting the take-aways i paid for via PayPal now 🙈0 -

@pipsinbrum honest I feel like they are gonna ask me what I had from dominos next 😂😂 let’s hope it’s worth it thou0

It's quite a high success rate with them, I've only read about a couple not getting an offer, I don't think that was on MSE.
As I keep saying, have faith in your broker s/he's placed you with them and is confident it will go through.
