☹️ Sounds like you have been waiting so long like us ...peanutbuter said:We had the full underwrite completed on the 9th where they asked for 2 more docs which were sent same day. Valuation was done on the 2nd March. MA calls them every day and keeps being told that final underwrite/offer is imminent and that our case has been flagged as urgent but nothing happens. It’s so frustrating, we’ve been at this since the end of November.0 -
Bluestone are currently working on an 11 working day turnaround for any new documents they have requested.1

@peanutbuter I was told this yesterday 9 days for application review then 11 days with under writers. Great more worry0

Lord. 11 working days is really long. At least when it’s over we we will all appreciate it more than high street borrowers!Kb21 said:@peanutbuter I was told this yesterday 9 days for application review then 11 days with under writers. Great more worry0 -
I know I was shocked to. It’s a long time when we are racking our brain with what could go wrong etcHopeful89 said:

@Firsttimebuyer_04 aww congratulations. I had a phone call from my MA who asked a few more docs as requested from bluestones but have been told the application has been submitted and these are follow on docs (2 giftors forms and bank statement about a dmp we are paying off) so I hope they won’t need anymore and we can move quickly.Good luck with everything1

Thank you @Kb21 hang on in there and just have faith in your broker. They wouldn’t have submitted application if they didn’t think it would go through. All the best 😁0
