Conga everyone, my application went in on the 15/Jan, my broker used TFC packager, still asking for more documents which av sent foo today, am nearly getting a heart attack this has taken away my entire happiness.

has anyone used this packager before?

We're using the old H2B, he needs to put in the 2nd form for them to release funds which takes 5 days, but can't do that until exchange! Our solicitor wouldn't exchange until had email confirmation from bluestone to confirm all conditions were satisfied. We ended up exchanging the day before completion which completely shot my nerves!!!
Out solicitor and MA kept on at bluestone constantly

The level of stress is something else isn't it, solicitors are now hoping to exchange and complete on the 26th so we have everything crossed this will go ahead! 🤞🤞
