  • Great to hear some positive stories on here! We are having a total nightmare! After jumping through many hoops we finally had our offer issued 2 weeks ago. On reading the offer we noticed an error. Turns out it was just an admin error caused by our MA. Two weeks later and we have still not had our revised offer. We are now at 18 WEEKS since submitting our application! As you can imagine, we are dealing will all kinds of pressure now, with threats of pulling out the chain. Never known stress like it!

That sounds so stressful. I’ll pray that your application comes final offer comes ASAP. I bet it’ll feel so amazing when it does after all that!!

I completed a DAS in September which is basically a DMP protected by law, and got 85% LTV

Just received our official mortgage offer thru!
The process is lengthy and its felt like we have been stuck at the same stage forever, but the end is in sight now.

Stick with it everyone!!!! Although the rates are rubbish it means we can finally upgrade to a bigger family home.

    Good luck everyone!
