Hi everyone 
I haven't had an update from bluestone since 13th of jan which is 16 days tomorrow just wondering what's the average time between updates. The wait is driving me crazy and hope tomorrow will get some news either way.

Hi sorry don't have advice as application only went in on 14th January. Was wondering what updates you have had so far, such as hard searches, valuation etc?

Our DIP was 4th of December 
Full application 16th of December 
Hard search 4th of January 
Asked for my list of credit comitiments on 5th of January even though they are on my files 
Asked for employers address and a letter of job security on the 13th ( submitted on the 14th) 
Nothing since had hoped to hear something by now.

The wait is driving us crazy also, we was told a week ago that bluestone now have all they need and was awaiting the report from the valuation  to do the full review. Our valuation was done On the 18th. We was told it would be about a weeks time until we hear back.. Its now been over a week. 😔 Hoping we will hear something today, don't think we can cope not knowing much longer 🙈

We are still at Final Underwrite stage. Hoping we get some good news soon! Cant hack the wait much longer. Bluestones confirmed all was ok with the valuation on 21st Jan.

Our application went in on the 15th, underwriters only asked for one extra document, filled in credit commitments form and sent back, now waiting to be told we can book the valuation. Hoping all goes we and the offer is issued within the next 4 weeks so we can complete our sale before stamp duty holiday ends. Our application should have gone in in mid December but MA was slow and insisted there was no point in rushing as we'll definitely miss the March deadline, funny cos the legals are 50% done already 🤦‍♀️

Did they give you any idea how long it would be between confirming the valuation was ok an actual offer?
