hoping ours comes through this week 🤞 our valuation was done on the 18th. We've sent over recent bank statements, not heard anything else. Hopefully the end is in sight soon 🤞

@doglover34
hey
we are waiting to hear back from bluestone
I just wondered if you had to use a packager for your application?When they were coming back to you asking for me docs, was that the packager or bluestone themselves?
Our Ma submitted the application to the packager at beginning of Jan, which then went back and forth asking for more docs for a couple of weeks, until MA told us on 21st the packager was finally happy and had passed the application onto bluestone.I’m just trying to get an estimate of how long from here but unsure if others had the same package process or was able to get straight to Bluestone 🤷🏼♀️Thankyou x0 -

Everytime BS asked us for something it can straight to our MA who answered it all and only passed to us for anything else.
Its just a long process BUT my MA uses them all the time and said that if you have ur AIP/DIP they have already agreed the mortgage as underwrite has looked at it, they just need to be thorough to make sure they are not audited and u can aford it on and nothing has change from DIP to application. Ive not seen anyone who has had a DIP been turned down on here. Theres lots that havent been approved a DIP but not after that stage. You will get there it just takes a while and they make u work for it xx good luck

@doglover34
thanks for the reply! We didn’t have a choice but to use the packager once the MA decided Bluestone were our final option!
Nevertheless MA emailed today to say Valuation has been instructed for this Friday! She said this is good news, although I’m trying not to get my hopes up, I can’t help it! Wondering if we could potentially be at offer stage 🤞🏻 next maybe?!Also has anyone else using help to buy had to inform them of bluestones higher rate? And what was the outcome. Thankyou xx0 -
