We’ve just got the Verbal offer from Bluestone, will have documents tomorrow 😁😁 So happy to finally be at this stage! Thankyou to everyone who previously recommended brokers, we went with Simply! Application Submitted on 12th January, Valuation on 20th Jan couple docs request and offer today 🙂

Congratulations! 😁 How long after requesting more documents did you get your offer? We was told they had everything they needed now and was with final underwrite, then 2 days ago asked for the rest of Januarys bank statements as the statements we had given was only up to the 15th from the last time they requested 🙈

Nope was all ok. They issued offer two weeks ago but the address was wrong. It’s taken up until now to have it changed. We were asked for additional statements/payslips after the valuation though which wasn’t an issue for us.  Best of luck!

Also I emailed our broker to ask if we would get a verbal offer before official and she replied back no they would only give the official one, which is frustrating as I see on posts on this thread a fair few had verbal 😔

It was yesterday they requested 2 documents, I was expecting another delay but Simply seems to have pushed it through quickly so happy about that

I’m going out of my mind. We have had valuation and now they are asking more questions. Do they take 10 days to assess each bit on info they are sent? Or will they look at it a bit quicker now we are hopefully near the end? I can’t take much more waiting. I’m hoping it will be worth the wait. My application went in 21st December 2020

We are in the same position as you, we haven't been asked any questions just for more bank statements, we are also at our witts end we just want to know now yes or no so we can plan ahead.

Congratulations 🥳 that is fantastic news. Everyone has similar stories and seem to get there in the end doesn’t stop the worry until that point though. What did they request yesterday? They have just requested more from me and I’m worried it’s going to be another 10 day wait?
