Thanks both. Have done a reset. Nothing obvious changed on settings. Will wait now till I get a similar steady state and then check export level and adjust if needs be.Must admit to not knowing where to find the ct offset adjust so thanks for that. Not really used the web interface much as usually look in App.0

Hmm, that does not seem to have changed very much in terms of performance so..Late morning ( as house consumption not being supported by battery when drawing from grid for several minutes) have done a 'master reset' I.e. shut down everything and re-powered.Now seems to be working fine although not yet seen all circumstances that were not working as expected yet. Certainly discharging to house rather than drawing from grid.Hey ho...0

Why does the dongle decide to slide when there is no power, you are on eps and you want to monitor what’s going on more thoroughly? Resulting j. Climbing up to the roof of the garage in the dark and pushing it back in. Chinese must have a different sort of gravity.Has anyone tried an hdmi extension to move the weight off the port?5KW solar, Lux 3.8KW inverter, Uhome 2400 LPF x 6, SOLIC 200 immerser diverter, Leaf 62Kwh, MG ZSev, Ohme home charger, Zappi v2.1, Import: Octopus intelligent ; Export: Octopus Energy Export, 15KW biomass pellet boiler - Windhager., Home Assistant (newbie)0

Newbuilder I've not had that issue when on the EPS. 4 times now, although last time was more than a year ago. 1st time the eps worked fine, but I hadn't put my WiFi system onto the eps, so moved that system onto the eps and last 3 times I could readily monitor how the eps was doing via web/app. Is the fit too slack for the dongle?, mine is a good push to get it home. The loss of power will be microseconds for the eps to cut in, feels like something else is responsible?6kwp solar (23x265w sharp) south facing, Solaredge 6kw inverter installed Dec 2016. 2xLux 3.6kw ACS paralleled with 10x Easyway UNIV5200's 5.2kWh- installed March 2025. 1xLux 3.6kw hybrid with 3.15kwp solar south/south-west with 5x Easyway UNIV5200's installed March 2025. Sorry, it’s not the eps it is just Sod’s Law that it happens when you don’t want it to. The installer never installed the grub screw so mine doesn’t sit in with it. The connection is loose so I was wondering about a lighter extension cable and if anyone has tried one.5KW solar, Lux 3.8KW inverter, Uhome 2400 LPF x 6, SOLIC 200 immerser diverter, Leaf 62Kwh, MG ZSev, Ohme home charger, Zappi v2.1, Import: Octopus intelligent ; Export: Octopus Energy Export, 15KW biomass pellet boiler - Windhager., Home Assistant (newbie)0

my dongle is held in by 2 little grub screws, can you not replicate?
Talking about eps, mine was called into action today for 2 hours today by a local power outage of about 300 homes. Everything worked perfectly I'm pleased to say. Power restored just in time for an Octopus Intelligent 1 1/2 hour cheap rate charging session for my I Pace and the chance to top up the batteries back to 100%.6kwp solar (23x265w sharp) south facing, Solaredge 6kw inverter installed Dec 2016. 2xLux 3.6kw ACS paralleled with 10x Easyway UNIV5200's 5.2kWh- installed March 2025. 1xLux 3.6kw hybrid with 3.15kwp solar south/south-west with 5x Easyway UNIV5200's installed March 2025. let’s hope that the smart meter sending data home will work. I was charged full rate on a similar occasion because the day had data missing- of course it was missing there was a power cut. Apparently a known issue. I bought the extension and all is well. The issue is the dongle being loose at the connector rather than the connector itself so the extension allows it to be mounted upside down (in contrast to normal mounting on lux) to get a help by gravity.5KW solar, Lux 3.8KW inverter, Uhome 2400 LPF x 6, SOLIC 200 immerser diverter, Leaf 62Kwh, MG ZSev, Ohme home charger, Zappi v2.1, Import: Octopus intelligent ; Export: Octopus Energy Export, 15KW biomass pellet boiler - Windhager., Home Assistant (newbie)1

What's the best way to balance the batteries? I have 1 at 96%,2 at 94% and 1 at 91%, the BMS stopped them charging when the overall % was at 94%.6kwp solar (23x265w sharp) south facing, Solaredge 6kw inverter installed Dec 2016. 2xLux 3.6kw ACS paralleled with 10x Easyway UNIV5200's 5.2kWh- installed March 2025. 1xLux 3.6kw hybrid with 3.15kwp solar south/south-west with 5x Easyway UNIV5200's installed March 2025.
