I can access the Halifax Rewards tracker with AdblockPlus fully enabled with no need to whitelist any URL. In fact, AdblockPlus reported that it had blocked two items from the Halifax URL - the tracker still worked.portenio said:
Problem solved!portenio said:In the tracker I can see 2 exclamation marks and 1 tick symbol icons under the account number.
But no narrative to explain what those little icons mean to my account.
I assume this could be down to the fact that I haven't spent any amount on the DC yet?
But still, strange.
Glad to see that things are becoming clear now for most!
The tracker details weren't visible due to my strong adblocker that would wrongly consider that info as an advertisement.
Heads-up for those using adblocker which can filter the narratives then.
You have these options:
1) Whitelist Halifax url in your adblocker. This is usually available in all adblockers.
2) Pause the adblocker. This pause button is available in some adblockers.
[Tested with AdblockPlus v3.8.4 in both Firefox v75.0 and FirefoxESR v52.9.]

Yeah, good then, maybe Adblock Plus is blocking some other elements of the Halifax url but doesn't think that the tracker info has to be blocked (which is correct!).pafpcg said:

I was raising this for those who may have adblockers detecting false positives as is my case.
I use ADT-Blocker on Opera browser. (taken from Chrome store so available mainly on Chrome).
Conclusion: If folk see exclamation marks and ticks followed by blanks and no narrative, then most probably is due to their adblocker.0 -
Does going below £0 balance for 2 minutes (by accident!) disqualify you from earning the reward that month?

I paid £1500 off my Amex and have green ticks on all 3 of my accounts. The tracker is also useful as I didn't realise the £1500 pay-in was required for the reward0

Thanks portenio. I have selected the £500 debit card payment option so assuming the same applies to that as well? We'll see when my app tracker updates!portenio said:

Halifax ask us to have greater than 0 balance by midnight to be on track for the reward.
It's mentioned in the FAQs.1 -

This a good question as DC payments can take up to 3 working days to clear in your Halifax transactions list. As such please do not leave it to the end of the month as it may roll over to the first or second of the next month, the clearance that is. And in this scenario you would miss out.
My strategy is to get the DC payment out of the way first thing in the month.
Good luck!1 -
For what it's worth, soulsaver's responses to you baffle me too.Gray001 said:

What browser? It works for me on Chrome, but not on MS Edge.Fingerbobs said:
The tracker in the App says I need to pay in £1500 to qualify for the £5 reward, and it says I'm not on track to receive this because I haven't met this requirement.General_Grant said:Fingerbobs said:My salary goes in on the last working day of every month, so for virtually the entire month I'm going to show as "not on target".
I take it that you are referring to your salary going in because that would fulfil the £1.5K deposit criterion to avoid payment of the £3 fee. That is just that, avoidance of the fee. It does not affect achievement of the "reward" so that aspect can be achieved early on in the month if you are using the DC spend for this.
I've never been able to see the tracker on the Web site - I just get an error message.
"I use chrome, but I can not see the tracker in online banking either just the app..."
That was you, wasn't it?

Thanks. What i meant was, does the rule about ensuring your balance does not go below 0 at midnight also apply to people who have selected the debit card option? That's what i have selected but earlier today, i accidentally went below 0 for 2 minutes(!) so want to check if i would qualify for the reward. I've already made £500 DC payment earlier in the month as you suggested.portenio said:
