I’ve managed to fulfil the DC spend by accident - I spent £500 on 30 May (a Saturday) but because the transaction is listed as going through on the Monday (1 June) it’s given me the green tick for the £500 spend.

Has anyone any ideas how I can pay £500 by another method, (by PM if necessary),?
I don't have Paypal or Google pay.
The Pingit app allows you to make a savings "Jar" which you can deposit into using a DC, the £500 can then be withdrawn back to a current account that is also linked to the "Jar"

My salary goes in on the last working day of every month, so for virtually the entire month I'm going to show as "not on target".

I take it that you are referring to your salary going in because that would fulfil the £1.5K deposit criterion to avoid payment of the £3 fee.  That is just that, avoidance of the fee.  It does not affect achievement of the "reward" so that aspect can be achieved early on in the month if you are using the DC spend for this.
The tracker in the App says I need to pay in £1500 to qualify for the £5 reward, and it says I'm not on track to receive this because I haven't met this requirement.
I've never been able to see the tracker on the Web site - I just get an error message.
What browser? It works for me on Chrome, but not on MS Edge.
I use chrome, but I can not see the tracker in online banking either just the app...
LH side, under 'My Current Account Options' - track your reward extras
Yeah I do that but I always get the "something went wrong" message
    From the previous quotes:
"I use chrome, but I can not see the tracker in online banking either just the app..."
     That was you, wasn't it?
? Yeah I made those comments about not being able to access tracker via online banking...

Having chosen the £5 debit card spend reward.. I've just realised I don't have a valid card for my account! :D
Very impressed with Halifax's in-app chat service which I just used for the first time - they arranged a new card in minutes

How do I delete my Barclays current account and link my halifax account instead to make the withdrawal from pingit?

    From their FAQ

How do I change the current account I've linked to Pingit?

You'll need to de-register first, and then re-register with the new current account. To do this:

•Tap the person icon in the top left hand corner, then tap the settings option

    • Scroll to the end and tap 'Cancel Pingit registration'

    • We'll ask you to confirm

If you have a jar with a credit balance, the app will ask you to withdraw all the money from your jar before you cancel your registration.

Once you've cancelled, you'll need to re-register for Pingit with your new current account – just follow the on-screen instructions.

Paying £500 to Hargreaves Lansdown Active Savings by debit card works on both my Halifax reward accounts. Shame my 3rd reward account is a BOS version which remains at £2 with no changes to old terms and conditions.

Can confirm I got all green ticks once the £500s had moved from "pending" to "transactions"
