I hope so, but when I look at my tracker it states I will get my bonus about the 12th of the month, when I signed up. The example is then defunct for existing customers. Very misleading.gt94sss2 said:
The new rewards scheme started on the 1 June. If you signed up before then, the scheme year runs from 1 June to 31 May.mau408 said:However, you sign up on the 1st June 2020, and it all goes hunky dory and after 12 months you get 12 lots of £5. It is penalising existing customers who have to sign up before the 15th May.
The first £5 payments will be made by mid July for the month of June.
Existing customers do not lose out by signing up by mid-May.. we were effectively pre-registering for its start on 1 June0 -

I think you might be misleading yourself.0 -

My salary goes in on the last working day of every month, so for virtually the entire month I'm going to show as "not on target".0

I can't see the tracked info on MS Edge, I can see the option but when I select it it says 'you can't access this' on an not-logged-in new page.
I can use the back button which brings me back to the logged in page.
Is this the same for others, and all i need to do is wait until Hfax have resolved their IT?
Or is it something my side?
The tracking works for me with Chrome (with data errors yesterday but corrected over night) but I prefer Edge for my finances..

I don't have a green tick for my £500 spend...could it be that it's still at "pending" stage?

I take it that you are referring to your salary going in because that would fulfil the £1.5K deposit criterion to avoid payment of the £3 fee. That is just that, avoidance of the fee. It does not affect achievement of the "reward" so that aspect can be achieved early on in the month if you are using the DC spend for this.0 -
Pending transactions don't count because the retailer might still cancel them.keiran said:I don't have a green tick for my £500 spend...could it be that it's still at "pending" stage?
This is an important point to remember. Don't leave your debit card spends to the last working day or two of the month, as the transaction might not clear in time.
Can you transfer money out of Halifax to another account and then transfer it back in at the beginning of the month? That way you wouldn't have to worry about any BACS or other delays for your salary.Fingerbobs said:My salary goes in on the last working day of every month, so for virtually the entire month I'm going to show as "not on target".1 -
