The above seems a good idea so does knowing which DC methods are working over the next week as the site settles down and shows tracking .

I still haven't had my £2 reward for May yet - anyone else?

Also, my account is still shown as Reward Current Account.  My understanding is that if I didn't want Rewards Extras, I don't need to do anything and it'll automatically convert / re-assign to a normal Current Account - is this right?

    Just a point to consider.
it may be worth keeping all the minor direct debits, etc on the new reward accounts, even though they're not necessary for the new reward payments.
There's no further work involved, and will give the appearance that the accounts are being used somewhat as proper current accounts.
This may be to our individual and general benefit over time, possibly minimising the chance of Halifax withdrawing the rewards in future

Too late, I've already cancelled some of mine.  They created further work as I then had to withdraw funds from my PO Savers again, which I'll happily now close.  I can't see a lack of DD's on accounts encouraging Halifax to withdraw rewards in future (most of their account holders - myself included - will need DD's for legitimate purposes anyway so it's unlikely there will be a mass cancellation).  Besides, an account with no income other than transfers from another Halifax account, and no outgoings other than DD's to savings accounts is hardly going to convince them that it's being used as a 'proper current account'.

It does show the tracker in online banking. On the left hand side.
Thanks! I haven't even thought about checking in that area. I always assumed it's only marketing stuff there i.e. Halifax trying to sell you things. I only been checking on the right hand side, under "more actions".

In the tracker I can see 2 exclamation marks and 1 tick symbol icons under the account number.
But no narrative to explain what those little icons mean to my account.
I assume this could be down to the fact that I haven't spent any amount on the DC yet?
For me* (having selected £500 DC spend) the first symbol (exclamation mark) says I haven't yet met the £500 DC spend.  My second is a tick and  says I've paid in £1,500.**  My third is a tick, but has no narative, so don't know what it means.
    * Online banking, I don't have the mobile app.
** Edited to delete error - thanks Ed-1 for correcting me.

You don't get the reward if you don't pay in £1.5k.

Thanks for the correction [hangs head in shame].  I've amended my original post accordingly.

    Perfect, very helpful.
I too  use Online Banking only.
I can infer that the meaning of the icons is the same for me then. I have 2 exclamation marks because I haven't paid £1.5K and haven't DC'ed £500.
But where are the narratives gone on my screen I wonder.
    Yet another overnight refresh maybe?
