My second is a tick and says I've paid in £1,500.** My third is a tick, but has no narative, so don't know what it means.* Online banking, I don't have the mobile app.** Edited to delete error - thanks Ed-1 for correcting me.
Do you have to click on each icon to see that info or it automatically displays?
I take you use the app right?0 -

For those using BOS online and app banking: whilst your Halifax Reward account(s) show there, you do need to use the native Halifax online / app banking to use the tracking feature for the new reward offer.2 -

However, it's still showing as a Reward account. I got 2 lots of £2 reward in June (and also in May). I've changed my standing order to pay in £1500 next month just in case they don't downgrade it. It's all a bit of a mess, isn't it?
I've got two sole RCAs (no idea how they let me keep both, but one hasn't been used for well over 6 years)... both still show as active RCAs. Don't particularly want £6 of charges coming out!
Could cycle money around to avoid it... but getting a mortgage soon and some underwriters are particularly picky about transfers, so my plan was to let them both be downgraded (1/6??) - then upgrade one once I've moved!

We haven't botherd either and our joint account is still showing as a Reward account - I expect it to downgrade some time during this month.0

How many of you have read this letter in March stating your reward accounts are changing?
On the terms and condition changes, the full copy of the Terms and Conditions cannot be viewed until after the 1st June, but you have to sign up before the 15th May!?

Then if you select it on the 12th May, the example given, means that you will get the offer the following month provided you keep the 5K in from the date you sign up.
So why haven't we got the £5 at the beginning of June instead of the £2 reward?
I just think it's all a bit pear shaped to me....but 1.5% (before tax) is really hard to beat on emergency instant access.
So lets say you select it on the 12th May. Don't get the £5 reward for May but the £2, account starts on the 1st June then in 12 months time on the 12th May 2021 your offer ends (because thats when you selected it), but you didn't get the first part month (you only got £2 reward), and you never made it to the end of the month in May 2021 becuase your offer ended so you miss out and only get 11 of the bonuses (july, aug, sept, oct, nov, dec, jan, feb, mar, apr, may) of the £5 bonuses not all 12. However, you sign up on the 1st June 2020, and it all goes hunky dory and after 12 months you get 12 lots of £5. It is penalising existing customers who have to sign up before the 15th May. Not only in the fact that that they have to sign up early, they then really only get 11 lots of payments. Rather misleading and just to add then if you have really old accounts you may have three times this loss. I've been waiting to see whether the reward would be paid, but you can't exactly let your accounts become current if you have three of them. In hindsight, I can only see it weirdly that those with old accounts might have been better if everyone had signed up to the new account on 1st May!

The first £5 payments will be made by mid July for the month of June.
Existing customers do not lose out by signing up by mid-May.. we were effectively pre-registering for its start on 1 June

Track my rewards has green ticked my £500 DC spend by funding my S&S ISA on Vanguard platform. 👍3
